Frequently Asked Questions about our Escape Room.

Our hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10 AM-9:30 PM Friday and Saturday 10 AM-11 PM.

We suggest that children under 14 have at least 1 adult present. At this time there are no games geared specifically towards younger children. If you have questions regarding ages/content please call 252.640.2457 prior to booking.

There is handicapped parking and restrooms are ADA compliant. The Save The Concert Game is currently the only game on the first floor along with the event/party room. If you have questions, please call 252.640.2457.

We currently offer 1 one hour Escape Game (more to come soon) as well as an event room for parties and or meetings. Please visit our activities page for more details.

The door may be closed but it will never be locked. Escaping simply refers to beating the game in the time provided.

The games work better with at least 3 people in your group. Also, we recommend no more than 12 people per game. If you have more than 12 people in your group, please give us a call at 252.640.2457 to see if we can accommodate you.

 Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.  Your party will not be permitted to enter until all members are present. There may be games slotted after yours so games need to start on time. Please call to reschedule your reservation if you are not able to make it on time. 

Reservations are made online or by calling 252.640.2457. There will be times when the games will not be staffed if there are no advanced bookings so please plan your visit in advance. Walk ins will be handled only if the game slot and staff are available.

 Payments are made online at the time of booking in order to reserve your game or payments can be made by card or cash on site. To pay on site please call ahead to reserve your spot. Walk ins will be handled on site. 

 If you know in advance you can't make your scheduled time, please call 252.640.2457 at least 24 hrs in advance. No shows will not be refunded. 

 All games are private for your party only.
